Justin Bieber, Ke$ha and Lea Michelle have all been nominated for a PETA Award!
The trio will go head-to-head at this year’s Libby Awards. They have been recognized by PETA’s youth division, peta2, for their help in raising awareness about animal rights.
Earlier this year Justin appeared in a campaign for the organization, telling Beliebers,
“My world includes passion for animals, yours should too” and “Animals can make u smile. Adopt from your local shelter.”
Meanwhile, Ke$ha featured in a ad campaigning against the slaughter of Canadian seals and ‘Glee’ star Lea spoke out against the mistreatment of carriage horses in New York.
You can vote Justin Bieber at peta2.com until this Friday, December 23.
The winners, who will be announced on January 17, 2012, will be chosen by peta2 based on equal consideration of three factors; the number of votes received, the quality of the animal-friendly product or the nominees’ enthusiasm for being animal-friendly, and feedback from the nominees’ fans.
