A 20-year-old Ottawa woman in need of a lung transplant is hoping a Twitter appeal to Justin Bieber on Thursday will spread word about the need for organ donation.
Hélène Campbell has idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, and needs to have an oxygen tank at her side to do the simplest task.
From 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Campbell is asking all Twitter users to tweet to (@justinbieber) with the hashtag #BeAnOrganDonor and beadonor.ca.
An example of a tweet would be “@justinbieber, help save lives and RT #BeAnOrganDonor beadonor.ca alungstory.ca” (something along those lines.. be creative! be inspiring!)

Guys, its not that simple to donate an organ. You dont just go to the hospital and sign up for it, you have to take like 5 blood tests to see if you are compatible. biebs has a very slight chance of being so, but if he wants to help this poor hun out, let him. its his choice.
