Oprah Winfrey sat down with Justin Bieber at Ralph Lauren’s RL restaurant for an interview that will air 8 p.m. Nov. 25 on “Oprah’s Next Chapter” on her OWN network. According to the popular eatery’s general manager Rich Varnes, “more than 100 very polite, adoring fans” of the Biebs clustered outside the restaurant as Justin chatted with Oprah — both happily munching on a plate of French fries.
