Justin Bieber stopped by cops when he went joyriding in a white Ferrari Tuesday night in West Hollywood around 6:30PM.
According to TMZ, Justin was initially pulled over by sheriff’s deputies after making an unsafe left turn, though it’s unclear what he was ultimately reportedly ticketed for.
Whatever it was, he certainly seemed to take the incident in stride afterwards, even cheekily posting an Instagram photo of the lights-blazing patrol car that pulled him over, as apparently taken from his driver’s side window.

He’s a teenager that made a mistake, I looked up on the internet that most teenage boys up to there early twenties need higher insurance then girls because they speed and do other crazy stuff which most end up in a accident.
