Police arrested several men in San Antonio TX for selling fake Justin Bieber tickets the day before the big show, reports kens5.com
With Justin Bieber tickets going at 15 times the face value, authorities say the market is hot for criminals.
Undercover officers arrested the suspect as he tried to sell the same tickets to a different victim. But the officer says it is tough to catch scammers because con artists love to mingle their ads among legitimate sellers .
San Antonio officer said crooks use multiple cell phone numbers and fake IDs to set up the deals.
SAPD officer Matt Porter said:
“Whenever you have a big event like this, you always have that small group of people that are going to try to capitalize on that by scamming the consumer.”

I had 4 brain surgeries and moved to Texas thought I got a great deal surprised my daughter with these tickets and they were fake we sat in the seats bought our souvenirs to be escorted out big disappointment and embarrassing my daughter hasn’t stopped crying so sad
