Justin Bieber arrived to his BELIEVE TOUR concert at the O2 Arena nearly two hours late — fans and parents react!
According to Us Magazine, lot of young fans were falling asleep before Justin finally arrived, and even began crying when they had to leave the show after only a few songs. Many had to attend school the next morning and catch last trains home from the show.
One fan tweeted:
“Lots of unhappy parents on a school night, but feel sorry for little kids crying because they missed half concert — Was good though.”
But some Beliebers didn’t mind the long wait to see Justin:
“Omg! The concert was crazy! — Had to wait a while but was totally worth it as I saw Justin Bieber finally!”
Another concert-goer told E! News:
“I was at the concert and he came out at 10:15 p.m. and Carly Rae Jepsen finished her set at 9:10 p.m.. Justin should have been out at 9:30. Everyone was kept waiting not knowing anything. All they did was kept playing Michael Jackson songs. All the fans were getting so annoyed at around 9:50 p.m., fans started booing.”
The O2 Arena’s apologized via Twitter:
“Justin Bieber is now on stage and apologises for the lateness of his show — Sorry to all the Justin Bieber fans for the lateness of his show tonight. The Tube will still be running when the show finishes.”

Last night i was scheduled after 3 opening acts to go on stage at 935 not 830 but because of some technical issues i got on at 10:10..so…i was 40 min late to stage. there is no excuse for that and I apologize for anyone we upset. However it was great show and Im proud of that. and tonight we will run on time and look forward to putting on an amazing show for everyone in attendance.
My relationship with the media is not always easy but im trying. Im all about the music and the performance and i respect my fans.
I never have any intent to upset or let anyone down. and Im not okay with things being exaggerated. once again sorry for anyone upset.

That may be true, but he also needs to realize, that he is getting paid for that concert a huge amount of money. He came onstage 2 hours late and didn’t even apologize. Most people had to leave soon after he started singing because of trains. This is very rude behaviour from him and he needs to take responsibility for that. All week I have read online that he has been partying in London, and he can’t even be on time to his own show??? I was seriously pissed and I am not going to be buying a ticket to his concert next time.

Even if justin has other prior commitments his show should be the MOST important priority. Things should be more organized just saying. He is the main act and is receiving millions of dollars for it ! He is human we get that but u have to sympathize with all those people who couldn’t enjoy the show which they rightly deserved to. I hate the people who have commented defending his behaviour, saying ‘OH I LOVE YOU JUSTIN IT’S OKAY YOU’RE PERFECT”. No, he’s not. That was unacceptable behaviour. Many children were crying because they missed the last train and didn’t know how to get home. He didn’t even issue an apology. I’m sorry, but he’s turning into a bit of a diva.

If you go his his facebook you will see he has apologized for his lateness. it was due to technical problems. He is also irritated at the misinformation about him in the media. This trip to England has been a dreadful experience for him. Two clubs and a restaurant gave him problems and liked about. I will say more later.

he’s not the first nor the last to be late to a concert. For example, Lauryn Hill was about 3 and a half hours late to a concert, Modonna was 2 and half hours late last year. Technical problems in a concert like that where there are special effects, etc could happen. Personally, I have bad feelings about that country and hope he does not go there for a long time because of the negative press, disrespectful treatment,etc.

The level of hypocrisy I see in some of my “second family” is sickening to me. Some of them make it look like they’ll stay with Justin forever, but when he does one little thing wrong, they turn on him. I know most of the people here aren’t like that, but too many are. I bet a lot of the booing came from non-fans with their kids as well as some lukewarm fans. Madonna was late to a concert last year for a longer time and also got booed by some in the audience. England has been a terrible place in terms of the criticism he has gotten from washed up celebrities, the press, gossip sites and even so-called fans.
