TMZ has released Justin’s toxicology report from last week’s DUI arrest in Miami Beach… and it shows he tested positive for marijuana and prescription medication XANAX (pills used to treat anxiety and panic disorder).

According to the report — Justin’s urine was tested right after he was arrested for DUI on January 23.

The report shows Justin POSITIVE for marijuana and xanax — and NEGATIVE for cocaine, opiates, meth and other drugs.

Justin has pled not guilty to the charges.

  1. I’m so happy he was tested NEGATIVE from any serious stuff. Smoking weed doesn’t make you a bad person, I know lots of people who do it. Obama is even trying to legalize weed, so…

  2. yay!!!!!!!! Im glad he was charged not guilty and was negative on all that other stuff.hopefully he doesn’t get deported

  3. Most of Hollywood smokes pot and or coke. Pot is legal in some states and there are experts who believe it’s not harmful if you don’t smoke it much; it’s a good idea, however, not to smoke anything. President Obama smoked pot all the time when he was in college; he was older than justin by a few years I think.

  4. Cannabis, because he’s a teenager (not that all teens use it, but plenty do, so it’s not like he’s out of the ordinary), depressed and likes to enjoy himself. That’s all good.

Xanax – For all we know it could’ve been prescribed to him.

No reason to make a big deal out of this, TMZ (not that you care).

    • exactly…i mean he has to always push thru crowds of ppl can you imagine having an anxiety attack…ppl need to chill out their giving bieber too much hype. Like TMZ needs to back off. #teambieber!

    • except for the fact that he was driving — no, drag racing — under the influence. knowing that people die from stupid acts like that, I have to say it kind of is a big deal.
