At least 20 members of the media showed up to photograph what turned out to be five people with signs to protest Justin Bieber moving into Buckhead at about 7 a.m. Monday (Feb24).
A Buckhead group is protesting Justin Bieber’s reported move to the community.
The protest took place Monday morning (Feb24), and though over 500 people responded “yes” to an invitation to participate in it, only five showed up.
UPDATE 10AM: The Protest was just a prank joke from radio guys via Rock 100.5/Atlanta. DETAIL HERE.

As a community here in Buckhead, we have worked hard to achieve our goals and get to where we are. Justin Bieber’s relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children, as well as the community. Some can’t even let their children play in the driveway without fear; he has raced vehicles under the influence, before. What’s to say he won’t do it again? As a home owner down the street from this residence, one can assume many people will be contacting real estate agents soon enough.
Please do not allow a child to ruin what we have worked so hard to obtain. Thanks for the support!
The page has comments from readers both for and against Justin Bieber’s move.
As previously reported, Justin has shown interest in buying a home on Blackland Road in Buckhead, and the Buckhead Neighborhood Coalition announced on its Facebook page it is protesting his potential move onto the street.
Justin is currently renting a spaceship house nearby on Northside Drive in Buckhead, owned by music producer Dallas Austin.
