US magazine Star claims to have video footage of Mariah Yeater – the woman lodging a paternity claim against Justin Bieber – smoking pot in front of a toddler, reports ninemsn.com.au.
The video footage hasn’t been released online, but in their print issue Star Magazine has published screen shots which allegedly show Mariah Yeater smoking a joint with friends while a girl of about three years old watches on.
“We’re about to get high!” Yeater reportedly says in the video. “Burning weed, burning weed.”
It’s not clear whether she was pregnant with her son Tristyn (now aged four months) when the video was taken, but Star Magazine claims that sources close to Mariah say she “may have smoked marijuana once or twice while carrying Tristyn”.
The ex-boyfriend of Mariah Yeater has no doubt and 100 percent sure … he’s the daddy of Yeater’s son … and he wants to take a DNA test to prove it, reports TMZ Nov28.
Last weeks, TMZ broke the story that Mariah Yeater sent text messages to a friend … fingering her ex, Robbie Powell, as the baby daddy.
Sources close to Robbie says … “he’s making his move because he’s tired of Yeater using the kid for media attention.”
Robbie has been telling friends … Mariah told him the whole Bieber story was BS. Robbie believes Mariah did it for the money because she’s desperate for cash.
According to sources, Robbie has been approached by several media outlets to tell his story and he’s reviewing his options.
Justin Bieber wants media to stop drawing attention to Mariah Yeater.
Mariah Yeater hit the headlines earlier this month after sensationally claiming Justin had impregnated her during a backstage romp for 30-seconds at one of his concerts in Staples Center, Los Angeles last year, Daily star reported.
Justin voluntarily took a DNA test on Friday, November 18 in a bid to put an end to the scandal and he wants the media to stop giving Yeater the spotlight.
“I didn’t have to do it (DNA test), I did it because I wanted to, I just wanted everything to be out in the open and be like, Listen, there’s no reason for this to even be a discussion. It shouldn’t even be a discussion. If I have to take it, if I don’t have to take it, I’m gonna take it just because, it just made sense,” he told the VIEW.
“I don’t even know if she’s gonna take it or not, I don’t even know… I’m not even paying attention. I think we`re bring too much attention to this girl who just wanted, you know, (fame),” he added.
Yeater demands Justin Bieber to take another DNA test.
Mariah Yeater desperately wants a DNA test – just not the one Justin Bieber took last week, her lawyer claimed on Nov 23rd, reports NYdailynews.com
Mariah’s lawyer Jeffery Leving said …Mariah deserves the right to meet Justin with her baby and lawyers present and watch while he gets his cheek swabbed for DNA testing, he said.
Justin Bieber took DNA test last Friday in New Jersey without Mariah Yeater.
“I want a new DNA test with both sides together at a lab in California as soon as possible,” Leving told the Daily News. “As soon as I tell her to do it, she’ll do it. We need proper protocol and a chain of custody.”
Leving said reps for Justin Bieber made a unilateral decision when they sent Justin for a test at a New Jersey laboratory last Friday.
“For me to feel comfortable, I want a member of my legal team in the room when Justin Bieber’s genetic fluid is sampled,” he said. “This case is unique in terms of media interest, celebrity and the amount of potential child support at issue. There could be motives on the parts of many different people to corrupt the evidence.”

In response to Mariah Yeater’s text messages, Leving believes text message attributed to Yeater that name another man “Robbie” as the possible baby-daddy were “spoofed.”
Bieber’s team told the media that Yeater is a fraud who’s trying to extend her 15 minutes of fame by drawing out the DNA test as long as possible.
