When is Justin Bieber going to announce his 2012 tour dates?

hey guys!

just wondering if anyone knows when justin is planning on releasing his tour dates for 2012? i have been checking everyday and i still have not found them. i am getting impatient! i want to know the day they come out so i can get my tickets fast before they sell out!
