maybe it was a fan or an interviewer who said something like so justin bieber you're music and talent is catching like a fever and he's thought yeah! BIEBER FEVER!

i think it was his crew cuz (i forgot wer bt...) i hv seen this pic of Carin or some other girl bt frm the bieber crew holding a poster which read 'BIEBER FEVER' in one of Justin's earliest concert or those campaings he did in malls back in 2009 bfor he released his album
