Justin Bieber went to the famous Moulin Rouge show place late night in Pigalle, Paris — probably to cool off before his concert. The private party had been set up over the weekend according to spokesperson Fanny Rabasse.
Fanny tells the PEOPLE Mag:
It was arranged three days ago for his tour members including some of his dancers. It was a group booking of 23. We have 900 places so it really wasn’t any problem for us.
After the show, Alfredo tweeted:
Saw some beautiful ladies at the Moulin Rouge tonight! Sad Christina, Pink, Mya & lil Kim didn’t do an impromptu performance though!

Rumor says Justin Bieber was forced to leave his luxury Parisian hotel, the iconic Hotel Le Meurice (Monday, March 18) in Paris after word got out that he was staying there during his visit to the City of Lights.
TV and radio personality Jean-Marc Morandini took to his blog after the incident:
Justin Bieber has just been kicked out of the Meurice Hotel in Paris. It was a decision taken by the management of the luxury hotel because of his attitude in the establishment, and because of the nuisance caused by the presence of his fans around the buildings.
Justin didn’t get kicked out of the hotel. The rep tells Us Magazine:
Justin was not kicked out of the hotel. He decided to transfer to the Mandarin Oriental when there wasn’t enough security at the hotel to control the crowds. There wasn’t even an underground entrance for him at the other hotel and the security was too lax given the size of the crowds.
Plus there was no garage. Very unsafe situation for Justin and the fans. Over 500 kids bombarded the hotel.
