Justin Bieber claims he never spit at his neighbor’s face… although an eyewitness begs to differ.
TMZ broke the story … Justin was allegedly driving his Ferrari at speeds approaching 100 mph in the gated community. The neighbor went onto Justin’s property to complain, and he says Justin told him, “Get the f**k out of here,” and then he spit in the guy’s face and said, “I’m gonna f**king kill you.” The neighbor then filed a battery report.
An eyewitness — a landscaper said he saw Justin spit in the neighbor’s face.
Justin’s rep tells TMZ … Justin did NOT spit in the neighbor’s face.
Cops are continuing their investigation.

Bieber’s team has not commented on the matter.

While beliebers continue to express outrage of Justin Bieber smoking weed, other remain in denial that Justin would dare partake in such a habit.

The alleged marijuana images, posted by TMZ last week were reportedly taken in a hotel room in Newport Beach, California with Justin holding an blunt while surrounded by friends, including BFF lil twist.
While Justin has not publicly commented on the incident, he is said to be upset that he has been sold out by someone he trusted.
An insider told the New York Post: “Justin feels betrayed by someone who sold these pictures for $25,000 who he thought was a friend.”
