Justin Bieber inked Keith McCurdy’s leg with a picture of his cartoon alter-ego, a muscle-bound mouse and the word “Swaggy” last June 2012.
According to NY Dailynews, Justin was tattooing without a license in New York City and could face a fine of $2,000 for applying illegal ink.
McCurdy who’s also a tattoo artist at Bang Bang Parlor in NYC has let celebrities illegally tattoo his body in the past. He has ink from the likes of Katy Perry, Rihanna and Chris Brown, along with a new addition from Justin Bieber. Continue» …

Justin’s mom Pattie Mallette, appeared on WLNY-TV’s The Couch Wednesday morning. During the interview, host Carolina Bermudez asked Pattie what she thought of the new Justin Bieber’s new tattoo on his forearm.
She admitted she had noticed Justin’s new tattoo just moments before the show started, but she was unsure if it was a new body art or not.
She said:
See, sometimes I find out things like this…the same way as everyone else.
I saw that like seriously five minutes before I came on [The Couch]. I was looking at something and I said, “Is that a new tattoo?”
