Justin Bieber was spotted in West Hollywood today. It appears Bieber didn’t even mind letting the cameraman sitting across the street take some shots showing the beginning of his day. In the video Justin Bieber is seen greeting some fans and talking to his entourage before getting in the car to go. For a split second it looks like he is going to the be the one driving, until it is pretty clear they tell him to sit in the back.

JB is currently in the Los Angeles area promoting his new album ‘My World 2.0.’ He had a full schedule over the weekend. First a day at Disneyland on Friday, then a featured performance at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards and then celebrating Perez Hilton’s birthday.

JB is scheduled to do a Breakfast with the fans and a ‘Bowling with Bieber’ promotion this week. Obviously there are additional promotions nationally too, but hopefully the entertainer will get a chance to relax.

MTV presenting a new special program on the 16-year-old musician this Sunday called The Diary of Justin Bieber.

In “the Diary of Justin Bieber” full version, Justin admits to a reporter in Paris about where he finds the inspiration for his love songs. He shared, Its weird when people say, Youre only 15, because I know I am only 15, but at the same time I think at any age you can experience love. Whether youre 80 or 5, youre always gonna I dont know. Theres a difference between love and being in love because you can love someone but not necessarily be in love. So I think Ive loved girls, but I dont know — I havent been in love before.

The Diary of Justin Bieber premieres on Sunday, March 27th @ 7:30PM ET/PT on MTV.

If Kim Kardashian had it her way, Justin Bieber would make her younger sister one less lonely girl.

The reality star took to her blog Friday to back up MTV’s suggestion that her half-sister Kendall, 14, hook up with the teen pop sensation.

“He seems like a really driven and focused kid, just like Kendall, and they would make an adorable couple,” Kardashian writes. “What do you say, Kendall… should we make this happen!?”

Prior to Kardashian’s post, MTV picked five girls they thought would be ideal girlfriends for Bieber, 16. Unfortunately, the JB may be a bit busy for a relationship - Bieber just announced a summer tour to promote his new album, “My World 2.0.”
