It almost looked like 15-year-old goody-goody bubblegum pop prince Justin Bieber got all NC-17 with his hand gestures in London on Friday … but all is not what it appears to be. Turns out what first looked like the bird was actually just your standard, innocent LiLo & Miley-approved peace sign.
